Sail Haven, University of New Haven, the NOAA Milford Lab, and the Sound School have partnered to bring the community a Seminar Series "What's in the Harbor".

Once a month we will feature speakers on all sorts of New Haven Harbor and Long Island Sound subjects. Most of our seminars will happen 10am-11:30 on Saturday mornings, but please check our calendar!

Subjects we have covered in the past include: Bottom Environments of the Sound, History of the 1779 British attack on New Haven, Horseshoe Crabs, Macro Algae in the Harbor, Oyster Farming in New Haven Harbor, Sea Jellies in the Sound, And Many other topics.
