Row Haven offers a number of opportunities to both youth and adults who want to learn how to row, whether you join a specific program or try it during a Canal Dock Community Day! Rowing is a joint-friendly, low-impact sport that works out all major muscle groups in the body. Because it's a total body exercise, it burns serious calories while building strength and endurance. Being out on the water is also meditative, increasing mindfulness while decreasing stress and anxiety. |
