Level: Beginner (no prior experience necessary)
Session 1: Rowing stroke basics on the ergs -- Intro to the boats
Session 2: Safety and Navigation -- First time in the Quattro
Session 3: Group rowing in the Quattro
Session 4: Quattro/Intro to single rowing in the Zephyrs
Session 5: Getting comfortable in the singles
Weather make-up days will be the Wed or Mon following the cancelled session.
Please plan to arrive 15 - 20 minutes early to be ready to go at 6.
About the Coach:
Led by a seasoned competitive rower, Wendy Woolf has vast rowing experience ranging from collegiate varsity racing to Masters medals at the Head of the Charles and World Rowing Masters Regatta. You will receive expert guidance and personalized feedback from a coach who knows how to bring out your best, even if you are a beginner!
