For New Haven public school students.
Regular Enrollment – $350.00
For students not enrolled in New Haven public schools.

Intro to Rowing Summer Camp
(9th-12th Grade)

Program Fees:

$350 per 1-week session, Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day (8am-12pm)
Open to all high school aged youth, 9th-12th grade. FREE to New Haven public school students

What’s included?

2-3 rowing/fitness sessions per day
Official Canal Dock gear (UV hat/visor or polyester t-shirt)
Refueling snacks and fluids

General Activity Schedule (weather permitting):

First 15 Minutes – Drop-off/group meeting/snack
60 Minutes: Rowing & fitness
20 Minutes: Break/water/snack
90 Minutes: Rowing & fitness
40 Minutes: Warm down and wash and store equipment
Final 15 Minutes: Break/water/snack/pick-up
